How do I place an order?
Browse and select your perfect pieces online, or reach out via email for personalized assistance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at hello@theriyo.clothing. We can assist where possible, but once the order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.
How do I start a return?
At this time, please email hello@theriyo.clothing with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Can I return an online order in person?
Currently, all returns must be shipped back to us.
What about exchanges?
Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. Please email us to initiate an exchange and we’ll guide you through the process.
Are sale items final?
Yes—final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Price adjustments?
If an item you purchased is marked down within 7 days of your purchase date, we’ll refund the difference. Email us to request a price adjustment.
