Shipping Policy

We ship from Minnesota to the USA, Canada, and UK via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL Express.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. While we aim for timely delivery, carrier delays may occasionally occur. Expedited shipping does not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
The Riyo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Orders cannot be changed once placed. Please email us immediately at hello@theriyo.clothing if you need to request a cancellation before your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times:

USA Standard: 3–7 business days
USA Expedited: 1–3 business days
Canada: 4–7 business days
UK: 5–10 business days
(International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery.)

Return Policy

We hope you love your Riyo pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return:

Email hello@theriyo.clothing with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions along with a return label if applicable.

Return eligibility:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Final Sale: Sale items and scarves are non-returnable.

Return shipping:

USA returns: $10 processing fee deducted from refund.
Canada & UK returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties/taxes.
Returns must be sent from the same country where the order was delivered.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return is received and approved. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
